Earn College Credits in Spain
Our college credit program is specifically designed for students aged 18 years and older. Our programs not only facilitate students in advancing their college or university Spanish language, but also provides students with the opportunity to earn essential college credits in Spanish.
As they enhance their proficiency in the Spanish language, students simultaneously immerse themselves in the diverse facets of Spanish culture, all within the vibrant setting of Cadiz—a city renowned for its exceptional leisure and cultural scenes. This dual focus on academic progression and cultural immersion ensures a well-rounded and enriching experience for our participants.
Cádiz stands as an open port city, brimming with a dynamic Spanish culture. Notably, Flamenco, the soulful and rhythmic Spanish art form, originated in the heart of Cádiz. Adding to its allure, the city boasts some of the cleanest beaches in Spain. With its modest size, Cádiz becomes an ideal haven for college students, often regarded as a hidden gem within the Spanish landscape.
During your stay, you'll immerse yourself in the lively tapestry of Cádiz's culture, exploring its many beautiful beaches and historic landmarks. Each day promises an enriching blend of captivating Spanish classes and ventures into the city's storied past.
The flexibility of your experience allows you to tailor your stay with exciting activities, from surfing and flamenco dancing lessons to engaging in cooking or music classes. Our program offers flexibility with your accommodation, allowing you to choose between an apartment or homestay. Paired with K2 International Spanish classes held five days a week from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, our comprehensive approach ensures a well-rounded experience.
Engage in meaningful conversations with locals and new friends to enhance your Spanish skills. At K2 Internacional School, you're not just another student; our small class sizes, typically around 10 students, guarantee personalized attention from approachable teachers who conduct interesting and interactive classes.
This supportive environment enables you to build confidence in practicing Spanish within the comfort of the classroom. Yet, the real-world application awaits you outside the classroom, providing ample opportunities to use and reinforce what you've learned.
As a significant bonus, you'll earn 3 transferable college credits through our program.
The tuition for our program is all-encompassing and covers:
Accommodations in Cádiz (with meals included if you opt for a homestay)
Daily Spanish classes conducted at K2 Internacional School
Awarding of 3 college credits from UCAM Universidad Católica de Murcia (https://www.ucam.edu/)
Transportation: Arrival and departure airport transfers in Spain.
Not Included:
Round-trip airfare to Sevilla or Jerez Spain
Mandatory international travel insurance (Available for purchase at $75 - $150 through Travel Guard or Nomad Travel; details provided after deposit receipt).
Spending money for souvenirs and snacks.
Airport snacks and additional personal expenses.
Any extra travel or activities during weekends.
Surf lessons, dance or cooking (Organized by K2 School, allowing you to choose the number of lessons you wish to take).
